RULES & REQUIREMENTS

1) WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A REFERRAL?

- Referrals need to be submitted to qualify for this bonus including current team members and any new hires that you source. This is so we can track training and development of team members for your bonus when they transition into the role of a GM at a different location.

2) WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY TRAINING MY REFERRAL?

- You must spend the appropriate amount of time training your referral so they can successfully operate a store on their own. This includes all GM responsibilities, management of operations, execution of all company policies, procedures, systems and processes.

3) WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY DEVELOP MY REFERRAL?

- You must develop your referral so not only can they successfully operate a store, but operate a store at a profitable level. They must also be able to manage profit goals, ensure food, labor and other controllable costs to stay within budget by accurately using the PROFIT System. He/she will manage company's assets by keeping the restaurant clean, fully equipped and all equipment maintained.

4) HOW WILL MY RECRUIT TRANSITION INTO A GM ROLE?

-All referrals will go through the initial hiring process if they are not a current team member. After spending the appropriate time training & developing your referral, you will help them schedule another interview for a General Manager position at a different location. This is a two-step interview process that includes meeting the Director of Operations who oversees the location they are applying for and the Operations President of our entire organization.

5) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CASH BONUS?

- Once your referral goes through the two-step interview process mentioned above and is hired as a General Manager, you will receive your bonus the following week!
